Chocolate Cake

Knitting, reading, walking my four legged buddy and baking. My healthy vises. I live so far off the grid no family will visit. ;-) The views are stunning and it takes us half a day to get to town. My life is filled with inspiration, from the views, critters and kids. With everything in my life I keep my food and environment as pure as possible, cooking whole food and raw, feeding our critters whole meats and grains and no plastic or aluminum crosses my property line.
